- Students may participate individually or in a team of 2-3 members.

Project Guidelines
To nurture authentic scientific exploration, all participants must follow these guidelines:
- Projects must be original and created by students.
- Working models, prototypes, charts, and practical demonstrations are welcome.
- Only safe materials are allowed-no harmful chemicals or explosive substances.
- Participants must bring their own components, tools, and accessories.
- Internet connection will not be provided during the exhibition.
We promote safe, hands-on scientific learning that inspires real-world problem solving.
exhibition setup
To help participants present their work professionally:
- Each team will receive a table space and power supply (if required).
- Students must complete setup 1 hour before the event begins.
- Display charts, project reports, diagrams, and models are highly encouraged for better presentation.
judging criteria
Expert judges from Axis Colleges and associated industries will evaluate projects based on:
- Creativity & Innovation
- Scientific Accuracy
- Practical Application & Real-world Relevance
- Working Demonstration
- Presentation & Communication Skills
- Overall Impact & Originality
We reward ideas that not only work-but inspire.
Presentation Rules
Participants must:
- Present their project within 5–7 minutes.
- Be prepared for Q&A with judges.
- Use posters, working models, laptops, charts, prototypes, and visuals to support their presentation.
