RANGOLI
Rangoli is a beautiful traditional art form of India in which colourful patterns are created on the floor using materials like coloured powders, flower petals, grains, or chalk. This event encourages creativity and cultural learning among students and gives a chance to express their artistic skills, use vibrant colours, and learn about our rich cultural heritage. Through this event, students will work with imagination, develop teamwork, and enjoy the joy of decorating spaces with attractive designs.
Rules and Regulations
- Students should participate in a group of 3-5 members in a team.
- Each team will be given a specific space to create their Rangoli.
- Participants must create a Rangoli based on the theme given.
- Students may use:
- Colour powders
- Flowers and petals
- Rice, grains, or pulses
- Chalk or rangoli pens
- Natural colours
- No artificial or pre-made stencils allowed unless specified.
- Participants will be given 1 hour to complete their Rangoli.
- Rangoli must be completed within the allotted time.
- Participants should not disturb or interfere with other teams.
- Only registered participants are allowed inside the competition area.
