BuildTech Charrette 2025, a two-day inter-school fest bringing together the best of Technical, Cultural, Literary/Management, and Sports domains.
Schools across & around the Kanpur territory are invited to participate and showcase their students’ talents across multiple events curated to challenge, engage, and empower them.
The event aims to:
- Encourage students to explore diverse skills
- Build leadership, creativity, and teamwork
- Promote innovation and originality.
- Strengthen inter-school collaboration
- Provide a vibrant space for competitive learning with joy
our vision
our VISION
BuildTech Charrette 2025 is designed to ignite the spirit of innovation, creativity, leadership and collaboration among students of Inter School from & nearby areas of Kanpur region. Rooted in the belief that young minds flourish when exposed to diverse learning experiences, the event aims to provide an inclusive, inspiring, and future-forward platform where students can discover their potential beyond classrooms.
Our vision is to cultivate a positive, energetic and motivational atmosphere where learning becomes celebration, competition becomes growth and every participant returns with a stronger sense of confidence, curiosity and community.
- Participation is free for all schools.
- Each school must register through the official event portal/website.
- A teacher-in-charge from each school must accompany the participants.
- Last date for registration:
- Students must carry valid school ID cards.
- Dress code for respective events must be followed strictly.
- Participants should report at least 30 minutes prior to their event.
- Misconduct, indiscipline, or any form of malpractice will lead to disqualification.
- Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
- Only permitted materials will be used for robotics & modelling.
- For coding/CAD events, devices will be allotted on-site.
- Team size varies per event (2–4 members).
- Performance duration must be respected (3–5 minutes unless specified).
- Pre-recorded music must be submitted before performance.
- Props must be handled responsibly.
- Topics for extempore and debate will be given on the spot.
- Plagiarism in writing events leads to immediate disqualification.
- All matches will follow standard school-level guidelines.
- Participants must carry their own sports gear (except shared equipment).
- Referee decisions are final.
